Today we are thrilled to unveil Xenobots, a new breed of conversational agents powered by the X-Box framework. Our innovation comes in two forms:
Xenobots represent our first generation of dynamic data agents that evolve by continuously gathering and integrating new data. Each Xenobot emerges as a unique conversational agent, showcasing the capabilities and adaptability of fine-tuned models.
X-Box stands as a dedicated fine-tuning framework that streamlines the creation of new Xenobots by providing a robust pipeline for processing, refining, and integrating datasets.
Our aim is to establish new standards for producing fine-tuned AI models—an area that, despite its transformative potential, has received surprisingly little mainstream adoption.
Why do we need a fine tuning data framework?
By focusing on fine-tuned models, we can deliver models that are easier to integrate, more cost-effective, and significantly higher-performing than their off-the-shelf counterparts. With fine-tuning, AI agents can evolve from generic responders into authentic, human-like personas that understand context, exhibit consistent character traits, and deliver genuinely meaningful interactions.
We believe that both within the crypto ecosystem and beyond, existing AI agent frameworks have often emphasized agent actions and capabilities over the deeper cognitive and emotional layers that make interactions feel truly human and unique. The result is a proliferation of automation tools that can do many things—but lack genuine personality or authenticity.
Our X-Box framework addresses this gap head-on. By prioritizing fine-tuned models, we create a foundation where cognition and nuance matter more than raw functionality. And since X-Box is fully open-sourced, other frameworks can easily integrate as plugins or complementary modules.

We’re gradually rolling out a straightforward framework designed for everyone—from beginners who want a quick path to a working agent, to experts who need advanced customization and control.
Xenopus: A Dynamic Agent Sandbox
To showcase what fine-tuning can achieve, we’ve developed the first generation of Xenobots under Xenopus, a dynamic agent sandbox that continuously consumes new narratives, cultural references, and character traits. Xenopus outputs Xnobots, each fine-tuned from curated data pipelines. As these Xenobots emerge, each will take the helm of the X account, showcasing its unique abilities and highlighting the tangible benefits of advanced model refinement.
To power Xenopus with unparalleled data, we’ve partnered with Blockmesh, a decentralized data network capable of sourcing any dataset from across the web. With this partnership, each new Xenobot emerges from a continuous cycle:
- Data Collection: Blockmesh participants gather large-scale raw data
- Data Enrichment: We process and refine this raw data into high-quality training sets
- Fine-Tuning: We use these datasets to produce a new Xenobot—an agent that takes over the Xenopus account with its own identity and expertise
- Rewarding Contributions: We distribute $Xeno tokens based on data contributions, user feedback, and engagement
- New Cycles, New Agents: At the end of each cycle, a new Xenobot is born, and the process repeats
Fully Open-Source and Community-Driven
All related resources—from raw data and final datasets to model weights and fine-tuning methodologies—will be fully open-sourced. By doing so, we invite the broader community to optimize, extend, and participate in building an open-source agent economy.
